Privacy
The site. adminkeep.com is a static site. It uses Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate — pages viewed and where visitors came from, which involves an analytics cookie. We look at counts and trends, never at you, and no data is sold or shared. No other tracking runs.
The plugin. Adminkeep runs entirely on your own WordPress site. It needs no account with us, your settings live in your own database, and nothing is sent to us. It makes an outside connection only when you switch on a feature that needs one. There are two, and both are off until you set them up. SMTP: your site connects to the mail server you entered, to deliver its own email, and to nothing else. Contact Form: its default spam check, a WordPress nonce, is made and checked on your own site and contacts no one. If you choose Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA v3 instead, it uses your own account and keys at that provider. On a page that shows the form, the provider's script loads in the visitor's browser, and the provider receives the visitor's IP address and browser data. When a visitor sends a message, your site checks the spam-check token with that provider from your server. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Neither connection goes through us. The Contact Form does not store messages: it emails them to the address you set. With Email Log switched on, the emails your site sends, including those, are stored in your own database, visible to administrators only, and deleted after the retention period you choose. If a later version changes that, this page and the plugin's changelog will say so before it ships.
Downloads. The plugin is downloaded and updated from the WordPress.org plugin directory, under WordPress.org's privacy policy. This site does not serve the plugin file.
